Cancellation and Refund Policy

Aatma Samman Foundation values the trust and support of its donors. We strive to ensure that every donation is processed efficiently and securely. However, we understand that mistakes can happen, and we have implemented a cancellation and refund policy to address such situations.

1. Cancellation of Donations

  • Donations once made to Aatma Samman Foundation cannot typically be canceled. However, if you believe that a donation has been made in error, you may request a cancellation by contacting us within 48 hours of making the donation.
  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within the stipulated time and accompanied by valid proof of the transaction.

2. Refund Policy

  • If a donation was made in error or due to technical issues, Aatma Samman Foundation will initiate a refund after verifying the request.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of the transaction. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.
  • The refund process will require the donor to provide a written request along with the proof of the transaction, such as a bank statement or receipt of payment.
  • If a tax exemption certificate has already been issued for the donation, the refund will not be possible under any circumstances.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 10 working days. The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account will depend on the payment method and bank policies.
  • For international donations, the refund process may take additional time due to currency conversion and banking regulations.
